As a Retail Sales Associate at Sunday Staples, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service, expert product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm to assist customers in making stylish choices.
What you'll do:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and our product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Sales: Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to meet or exceed sales targets.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized store layout by ensuring that products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Store Operations: Assist with daily store tasks, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Sunday Staples brand values and image with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Loss Prevention: Follow security and loss prevention procedures to protect the store's assets.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow associates and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What you'll need:
· Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
· A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine desire to create memorable shopping experiences.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

2. Digital Content Creator/Marketing Executive (Full-time)
We are currently seeking a Content Creator to support our brand building endeavours. This position is for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who will be responsible for positioning our content according to our marketing strategy.
As a visual storyteller, you’ll primarily be working alongside the creative team in order to create social media content. This is a specialist role that will work directly with our design and marketing teams in order to create content needed to engage our customers.
You will be responsible for creating new assets for the team to post, shooting your own photography/videography to post, creating motion graphics or short videos (from new/existing assets), creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our customers.
The content you come up with should be captivating while resonating with audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Storyboarding, producing and editing marketing campaigns that are synonymous with our brand and furthers its branding efforts
- Working with our marketing team to create fun, trendy content for our social media
- Working with our in-house designers to bring their shoe designs to life, articulating their design concepts from origination to final product via videos or short editorials
- Constantly be looking to bring new, fresh ideas to the table and new ways of communicating to our customers
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working in content creation or related
- Self-starter with ability to work independently, as well as in teams
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom & Premiere Pro (skills in After Effects will be advantageous)
- Proven ability to identify stories/creative that will connect with audiences
- Must provide Design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field
3. Assistant Retail Store Manager

As a Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience. This includes overseeing the retail store team, ensuring that the store is clean and organized, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing and motivating your team to drive sales.
What you'll do:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Manage the inventory and ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest merchandise
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns from HQ
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that customers are satisfied
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Train and develop new sales associates
What you'll need:
- A passion for fashion and retail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
