Please note below backorder notes before purchasing.
- Please only join the backorder if you are comfortable with the waiting time as well as any unexpected delays. Please refer to our Backorder Status page for the latest updates.
- Stocks will take 4-6 weeks (unless stated otherwise) to manufacture after the backorder closes. We will require 3-5 working days to sort and pack the item before arranging for courier pick up or self-collection at store.
- Self-collection items will be available for pick up the dayafter you receive the shipping fulfillment email stating that 'the item is on it's way to you...'
- All in-stock item(s) bought together with backorder items will be mailed out together. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, please order the items separately.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email and another shipment email when the item has arrived in Singapore, and a final one with your tracking number when it is dispatched out to you.
