Self Pick-Up Policy
Self pick-up is now available at our stores for your convenience.
Terms & Conditions:
- A token amount of $7 (fully refundable within 1-3 working days) will be charged for the self pick-up option.
- Self pick-up orders will be available for pickup within 2-7 working days after the order has been made. A shipping confirmation email will be sent informing that the order is ready for collection at the selected location.
- Strictly no change of pick-up location will be allowed once the order has been made.
- Pick-up locations are applicable to all outlets
- Orders have to be collected within 14 days upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email; after which, it will be sent via courier to your provided address & the $7 deposit will not be refunded.
- Pick-up is only permitted upon receipt of shipping confirmation email that the order has been sent to the selected location and is ready for collection. We will strictly not entertain requests to collect the order before receipt of the email.
- Refund of the $7 upon collection will be made via credit to your credit card or your original method of payment. It may take up to 30 days to reflect in your statement. Once the $7 has been refunded, a refund email will be sent to your email address. There will be no cash refunds.
- Sunday Staples reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notification.
