Returns and Exchange Policy

FOR ONLINE ORDERS & IN-STORE PURCHASES

 

Returns (Online Orders)
All returns will be refunded into store credits only

What are eligible for returns:
  • Within 14 days from date of delivery
  • Item/s must be unworn, in brand new condition and in original packaging
  • If the item/s was bought as a gift, you are required to provide us with the order number, email confirmation or physical receipt for proof of purchase
  • For item/s purchased with credit card bank promotions, SundayFirst Promo Code, Birthday discount, Gift Cards, Sunday Points & Store Credits, the amount returned will be the price paid, excluding shipping fee & discount
  • Defective item/s (within 90 days from date of purchase)

What are not eligible for returns:
  • Sale and discounted item/s, or any other stated promotions, unless specifically stated
  • Exceeding 14/90 days from date of purchase and for defective item/s respectively. You are advised to check your item/s upon delivery

How to return?
  • By Registered/Trackable Mail (1) (2) to our HQ:
    101 Eunos Ave 3, #06-01, TSL Holdings, S409835
    (1) Postage fee would have to be borne by the customer
    (2) Normal/untrackable postage resulting in unreceived returns will not be reimbursed. You are advised to use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit.
  • Alternatively, you may drop off your item/s to any of our retail stores and our retail staff will assist you with the return

Processes & Duration of returns:
  • Fill up the Returns Form here before dropping by our stores or you can opt to mail your item/s back to us
  • Store Credits will be processed within 1-3 business days upon the time we receive the item/s
  • All returns are final, store credits issued for return item/s can only be used once and item/s bought will not be applicable for another return

How does store credits work?

  • Store credits are valid for three months and can be used both online and in stores. Extensions are subjected to approval.
  • The amount returned will be the price paid, excluding shipping fee & discount.
  • Customers are to top-up for any additional costs.
  • Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Exchanges can only be made at any of our retail stores. If you are unable to visit our stores, please opt to return by mail instead
  • We do not accept any exchanges directly at our office, any of such requests will not be allowed and entertained.

  • Item/s can only be exchanged once and exchanged item/s cannot be exchanged again. You are advised to check and ensure your item/s are in satisfactory condition before leaving the store
  • You are required to top up the difference for a higher value item or discounted item (i.e credit card promotions, Sunday Points & Birthday discount)
  • Only item/s of the same value OR higher will be allowed to do an exchange. In the event of lower value item/s, balance will not be refunded into store credits, cash or in any modes of offset
