[Updated 23 May 2020 - Re-opening of the Singapore economy in 3 phases]

We trust that you and your loved ones are well in these extraordinary times.

First off, congratulations on surviving the 2 months of circuit breaker! It hasn't been the easiest, but we hope you've adapted and adjusted well. 

In order to continue the good work done during the circuit breaker, the Singapore government has decided to reopen our economy in 3 phases, starting phase 1 on 2 June 2020.

Unfortunately, retail outlets are still not allowed to re-open until we reach phase 2, which will take at least 4 weeks starting from 2 June.

With that, we're sad to share that the Sunday Staples store at Far East Plaza will remain close as well.

If you have a backorder self-collection item, you may either top up for shipping, or drop by to collect your parcel within 7 days after the store re-opens.

If you have an item for exchange, please drop us an email at support@sundaystaples within 7 days from receiving the item, so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. 

We are hopeful that we will be back again to serve you in our retail store soon.

- Self Collection parcels are ready for collection during 4-5 April. 
- Should you wish to top up for delivery, please do so by Monday, 6 April, 8pm

*UPDATE* Deadlines for Backorder self-collection items are extended. You may drop by to pick up your parcel within 7 days after the store reopens. 

All self collection parcels topped up for shipping after Monday, 6 April, 8pm will only be shipped out when the store re-opens. Unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve your items from the store to send them out to you due to the government's measures.  


In-stock/ New Launch Online Orders: 

Our Far East Plaza store may be closed, but Sunday Staples will still be launching online every Wednesday, 8pm. :)

The team will be in office to pack your parcels twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, so we seek your kind understanding on the slight delays in your shipment timing. 

All emails will be attended to within 1-2 business days. 



*UPDATE* The store will not be open for returns or exchanges until we reach phase 2 and the government deems it safe for us to re-open.

If you wish to return or exchange an item during this period, you can return it within 10 days from receiving the parcel, using either

1. Trackable Singpost Registered Post  OR
2. Top up for shipping for courier to pick up the parcel from your address (requires customer to print an airway bill)

Customers who receive their parcels after 1 April 2020 and wish to make a size exchange* in store are allowed to do so within 7 days after the store re-opens, as long as the preferred size is available. (Sorry, we're unable to reserve any item for you in the meantime) 

Please drop us an email with your order number and request so we can take note of it. 

*Not applicable to sale, discounted items or orders using credit codes. 


International Orders:

All online purchases will be processed between 3-5 working days. 

DHL e-commerce orders are expect to see a delay of at least 3-4 weeks, on top of the original 10-15 days delivery period. 

DHL express orders will take between 3-5 working days, depending on the mailing country.

Credit Codes:

Credit codes can still be used for online orders during this period. If you wish to get an extension on your credit code, please drop us an email and we will do our best to assist you. 


Defective items:

We're sorry to hear you've received a defective item, please drop us an email with your order number and picture and we will arrange for the replacement to be delivered to you.
