[Updated 16 June 2020 - Phase two, we're opening from 19 July!]

Dear Customers, 

Congratulations, we did it! 

We’ve made it through the last 73 days to finally reach phase two, and we’re so happy to welcome you back to our Far East Plaza store this coming Friday, 19 June

The store will be open daily from 12 pm to 8 pm at Far East Plaza #01-58 and we look forward to serving you safely in person again! 

As part of the MTI guidelines for retail opening, here are some safe distancing measures to take note of: 

  • The store will implement a maximum capacity of 7 customers at any given time
  • Do adhere to safe distancing markers indicated on the floor and seats

  • All customers are required to be wearing a mask, use the available hand sanitizer, take a contactless temperature screening and fill in a questionnaire for contact tracing purposes 
  • Contactless payments preferred (NETS Paynow/ Credit Card Paywave)

Backorder self-collection items

  • To be collected within 10 days of store re-opening, from 19-28 June

In-store returns or exchanges

  • To be done so within 10 days of store re-opening, from 19-28 June. Do drop us an email at with your order number prior to your return

You may drop by to pick up your self-collection parcel within 10 days after the store reopens (from 19 - 28 June).

Customers may top up for shipping here to have your self-collection parcels couriered to you. Please drop us an email at support@sundaystaples with your shipping order number and your parcel order number so we can take note. 

Parcels not collected by 28 June will be returned to the warehouse and will only be available for shipping thereafter. 


In-stock/ New Launch Online Orders: 

Our store at Far East Plaza #01-58 will be open from 19 June, from 12pm - 8pm daily! 

The team will be in office to pack your parcels three days a week, so we seek your kind understanding on the slight delays in your shipment timing. 

All emails will be attended to within 1-2 business days. 




The store will be open for returns and exchanges from 19 June, Friday! 

Customers who receive their parcels after 1 April 2020 may drop by the store to make your return or exchange within 10 days from the store's reopening (from 19 - 28 June), as long as the preferred size is available. (Sorry, we're unable to reserve any item for you in the meantime) 

Please drop us an email with your order number and request so we can take note of it. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item using courier, you can return it within 10 days from receiving the parcel, using either

1. Trackable Singpost Registered Post  OR
2. Top up for shipping for courier to pick up the parcel from your address (requires customer to print an airway bill)

*Not applicable to sale, discounted items or orders using credit codes.


International Orders:

All online purchases will be processed between 3-5 working days. 

*Update* Due to an increase in emergency surcharge, prices for shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia and rest of world has been adjusted accordingly. 

DHL e-commerce orders are expect to see a delay of at least 3-4 weeks, on top of the original 10-15 days delivery period. 

DHL express orders will take between 3-5 working days, depending on the mailing country.

Credit Codes:

Credit codes can still be used for online orders during this period. If you wish to get an extension on your credit code, please drop us an email and we will do our best to assist you. 


Defective items:

We're sorry to hear you've received a defective item, please drop us an email with your order number and picture and we will arrange for the replacement to be delivered to you.
